Delete Your Account In The App

1. Open ProofGrade and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Type DELETE in capital letters, then tap DELETE FOREVER.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

Delete Your Account Without App Access

If you cannot use the app, email proofgrade543@gmail.com from the email address connected to your account and ask for your account to be deleted. Include enough information for us to confirm that the account is yours.

What Is Deleted

• Your account, email sign-in, username, and profile photo.
• Your subjects, focus dives, appeals, reflections, and settings.
• Your progress: XP, levels, streaks, quests, badges, fish, and companions.
• League, leaderboard, and study presence records linked to your account.

What Is Kept

App usage events and error reports are kept, but they are no longer linked to you or your account. Limited backup copies of deleted data may persist for a short period for disaster recovery and security, and are not used to restore your account.
